Pennywise is here to put the “It” in “Shake It Off.” The Twitter account @Dancing_Pennywise has introduced the best “It” meme the internet has seen with a series of edited videos that show Bill Skarsgård busting a movie to Taylor Swift, Outkast, Marilyn Manson, Pharrell, and many more. The account has posted 27 videos at the time of this writing and is quickly going viral with over 7,000 followers and counting.

@Dancing_Pennywise brings to mind the @oscardances that launched last year in the wake of “Ex Machina.” That account served up videos of Oscar Isaac’s memorable dance from the film edited to different songs, and now Pennywise has gotten the same treatment. The “It” scene being used for the meme is the moment Pennywise appears to Beverly and performs a terrifying jig.

“It” has become of the biggest box office sensations of the year. With over $233 million, the Stephen King adaptation has officially past “The Exorcist” to become the most profitable horror film ever released.
