Attention, Filmmakers: The Lower East Side Film Festival Announces Call for Submissions

The Lower East Side Film Festival, dedicated to supporting visionary independent filmmakers from around the world, are calling for submissions. Since its inception over four years ago, the festival has grown dramatically, expanding to bigger venues and securing distribution for its up-and-coming independent filmmakers.

LES 2014 saw the festival double in size and included judges such as Marky Ramone (The Ramones), Denis O’Hare (“True Blood”), producer Dana Brunetti (“House of Cards”) and more. Events included a screening of Google Glass Films, hosted by Google Glass, a Gay Pool Party hosted by Out , and panels in collaboration with the WGAE and VHX. This year, the festival will also being accepting entries for a new web series category.

Early Bird Deadline – Nov 1st
