The host of HBO‘s “Last Week Tonight With John Oliver” is offering his Emmy award to the Republican nominee for president if Trump simply accepts the election results on November 8, Deadline reports. What makes Oliver think Trump cares that much about an Emmy?

The idea came to Oliver after Hillary Clinton mentioned in last week’s presidential debate that Trump claimed the Emmy awards were rigged on Twitter after his reality show “The Apprentice” got snubbed three years in a row. “I should have gotten it,” Trump said while interrupting Clinton on the debate stage.

On Sunday’s episode of “Last Week Tonight,” Oliver raised the point that getting Trump to accept a loss in the election is going to be more than tough. “
It increasingly seems like, if Donald Trump loses, we are not going to get the concession speech that the country badly needs, because he is medically incapable of accepting that he is a loser,” Oliver said.

To solve this problem, Oliver wants to make a bet with Trump that he’ll win the election, promising — if he’s wrong — to hand over his Emmy award. “Of course he wants an Emmy! It’s a woman, it’s gold, and its proportionate to his tiny hands,” Oliver said. “It’s basically Trump’s ideal mate.”
