As Indiewire’s critic explained, “‘Men, Women and Children’ puts a lot of effort into making a grand statement about our dangerously fragmented times.” The film earned conflicting reviews after it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last week, and the discussion surrounding the topic of technology in our lives will surely go on for years to come. But does the trailer, which is shown below, make “Men, Women & Children” look like too much of a downer for anyone to even get the message?
