It’s only July, but the behind-the-scenes of the awards world has already begun. The Writers Guild of America has announced that its bicoastal simultaneous awards shows will happen on February 19, 2012. The full release with submissions deadlines is below.
2012 WRITERS GUILD AWARDS
Los Angeles and New York – The Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) have announced the 2012 Writers Guild Awards will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at simultaneous ceremonies in Los Angeles and New York. The Writers Guild Awards honor outstanding writing in film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio, promotional, and graphic animation awards categories.
