Blending dark satire and a high-school setup, the Israeli film premiered earlier this year at the Jerusalem Film Festival and has so far received positive feedback and praise; it will show next Thursday, August 7, on the Piazza Grande at the Locarno Film Festival.

Part of the film’s charm is the depiction of the close friendship between Arab-Israeli Eyad (Tawfeek Barhom) and wheelchair-bound Jewish-Israeli Yonatan (Michael Moshonov). In the exclusive clip below, they can be seen openly teasing each other about the cliches of their backgrounds.
