‘Miss Sloane’ Score: Listen To ‘Leftovers’ Composer Max Richter’s Haunting Music
“Miss Sloane,” directed by John Madden tells the story of Sloane (Jessica Chastain), a ruthless lobbyist who is notorious for her unparalleled talent and her desire to win at all costs, even when it puts her own career at risk. For a thriller with such intensity and a powerful performance from Chastain, the film has features a haunting score by “The Leftovers” composer Max Richter.
Released on December 9 by EuropaCorp, the “Miss Sloane” soundtrack features 17 original songs, each one as unique as the last. Take a listen below.
Aside from his work on the HBO series, Richter also wrote the score for the the sci-fi film “Morgan,” the first episode, titled “Nosedive,” of Season 3 of “Black Mirror,” “Escobar: Paradise Lost” and “Testament of Youth.” His music can be heard in the upcoming Tom Hardy FX miniseries “Taboo” and the film “The Sense of an Ending.”
