Amazon has struck a content licensing agreement with Cinedigm to make Prime Instant Video the exclusive subscription streaming home to several films of Drafthouse Films‘ collection.
The deal brings award-winning titles including “Cheap Thrills,” winner of the SXSW Midnight Audience Award for black comedy thriller, “Borgman” the Netherlands’ official 2014 Oscar entry and Ari Folman’s “The Congress,” starring Robin Wright, Harvey Keitel and Jon Hamm, to the Prime Instant Video service.
Two additional titles, the highly acclaimed rock-documentary “A Band Called Death” and award-winning coming-of-age film “I Declare War,” are also available beginning today.
