Watch: ‘Treme’ Prepares to Make Its Final Bows With the Trailer for Its Fourth and Last Season

HBO has released the trailer for the fourth and final season of “Treme,” the New Orleans drama co-created by “The Wire” mastermind David Simon. The series has explored life in the Crescent City after Hurricane Katrina, with the final arc taking place 38 months after the storm.

The abbreviated five-episode fourth season will premiere on December 1st at 9pm, with Wendell Pierce, Melissa Leo, Khandi Alexander, Steve Zahn, Clarke Peters, David Morse and the rest all returning for one last number. As Zahn’s Davis McAlary says, “Music lives where it lives, brah — you can’t fuck with that.”
