Watch: Go Haunted House Hunting in Exclusive ‘The Listing’ Trailer

The only thing creepier than an occupied haunted house is an empty haunted house, which is certainly confirmed in this creepy trailer for “The Listing,” a new horror short that just had its Canadian premiere at the Fantasia Film Festival. 

The short film is an eerie and twisted look at a unique and quaint home for sale. With the dark and threatening premise of an empty haunted house, “The Listing” explores the unoccupied home crawling with self-moving knives and gigantic spiders, along with the prospective buyers.
