Watch: Samantha Bee Says Goodbye to ‘The Daily Show’

The incredible ‘Daily Show’ correspondent Samantha Bee received an emotion send-off last night. As the longest-serving correspondent ever, host Jon Stewart gave her a fitting tribute that caused her (and us) to have to fight back the tears. After being with the show since 2003, it was announced that Bee was leaving in order to work on two projects for TBS with her husband and former ‘Daily Show’ correspondent Jason Jones.

The clip above highlights some of Bee’s best moments from her 12 years on the program. As Stewart says, while Bee was had some great silly moments, her best segments were the ones that were closest to her heart. This becomes abundantly clear in one of her most hilarious and biting segments highlighted in the clip, where she stumps Republican party supporters on the issue of abortion.
