Watch: Lena Dunham and Jimmy Fallon Mourn the Death of Video Stores

Ahead of this Sunday’s season finale of the HBO comedy “Girls,” creator and star Lena Dunham stopped by “The Tonight Show” to chat with Jimmy Fallon not about the show, but about their mutual love for video stores.

As is revealed in the below clip, the two worked as video store clerks in their teens, and now lament the lack of places like Blockbuster and Mr. Video (where Dunham worked) in the wake of the On Demand revolution. “I feel so sad that video store guys, especially, are kind of like going the way of the dinosaurs,” Dunham says in the video.
