Watch: ‘Veep’ Season 5 Teaser Reminds Us How Funny ‘Maybe’ Can Be
If you watched Season 4 of the Emmy Award-winning comedy this year, you know that things ended on what might be the biggest cliffhanger in the show’s history: Selina Meyers (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and her team doing frantic math to figure out what a tied election meant for her bid to remain President.
With this new teaser for Season 5, there’s pressure beyond how this complicated story point will work out; mainly due to the departure of creator Armando Iannucci. But hilarity is certainly guaranteed, as can be seen in the above teaser when Selina calmly addresses the public…as the rage within her still seethes.
