Who knew that a little dose of radiation could get people so hot? That’s the premise behind Rebecca Zlotowski‘s film “Grand Central,” which played in the Un Certain Regard section of last year’s Cannes Film Festival.

Tahar Rahim (“A Prophet”) plays Gary, who, upon finding work at a French nuclear power planet, he meets Karole, played by Lea Seydoux and a band of local, temporary grunt workers. When the radiation runs high, so does their sex drive, apparently. Seydoux is no stranger to the unapologetic sexuality of French cinema, having starred in 2013’s Palme D’Or Winner “Blue is the Warmest Color.”

“Grand Central” opens in the U.K. on July 18th. No U.S. release date or distributor has yet been announced. Check out the steamy trailer below:
