A new trailer to promote the upcoming release of Eli Roth‘s “The Green Inferno,” surfaced on the film’s Facebook page earlier today.
The film tells the story of a group of idealistic young people who embark on a mission to save the Amazon. In spite of their good intentions, the group is plagued by bad luck. After their plane crashes, however, they get taken hostage by a group of hungry cannibals.
“The Green Inferno” premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival. After getting pulled from Universal’s release schedule rather unexpectedly last year, the film will finally receive a theatrical release on September 25. Check out the full trailer at the top of this page.
