(Reader, beware: Like winter, spoilers are coming.) Last night’s episode of “Game of Thrones” was, for once, notable not only for its deaths (sorry not sorry, Roose Bolton) but for a certain resurrection that was easy to predict but exciting nevertheless: Yes, the murdered Jon Snow has been brought back to life by Melisandre.
