Seth Rogen Admits He Knew About Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump’s Affair A Decade Ago

During Stormy Daniels‘ “60 Minutes” interview in which she described details of her affair with Donald Trump, the former adult film actress mentioned she had disclosed to multiple friends at the time her relationship with the current President. Seth Rogen appeared on “Ellen” to promote his upcoming “Hilarity for Charity” special on Netflix and ended up corroborating Daniels’ story during his visit.

Rogen explained that he was once friends with Daniels after she made brief appearances in “Knocked Up” and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” two movies directed by Judd Apatow that helped launch his career. The actor said Daniels did not hide her sexual encounter with Trump when asked if she had slept with anyone notable.

“I’ve known Stormy Daniels a long time and I’ll be honest — she may have mentioned some of this stuff around 10 years ago,” Rogen told Ellen. “At the time, when you ask a porn star who they’ve been sleeping with, and the answer was Donald Trump, it was like the least surprising thing she could have said. And, so yeah, she had mentioned it actually. She did mention it and again, at the time, it wasn’t that surprising.”

Rogen hasn’t seen Daniels in many years and never expected Daniels’ story about Trump to make national headlines. Trump has denied Daniels’ story through his attorney, Michael Cohen.

“When his campaign rolled out, it became clear that no one cared about anything he did,” Rogen continued. “And so it didn’t even really occur to me that it would come out or anyone would care about it. But then when I saw it, I was like, ‘Oh, yeah. Stormy told us all about that!'”
