The winning filmmaker will receive a digital distribution consultation from SnagFilms and will become a candidate for the March Project of the Month. That winner will be awarded with a creative consultation from the fine folks at the Tribeca Film Institute and will be in the running for Project of the Year.

Jeff Golub: Train Keeps Rolling: A documentary about the life and legacy of rock, blues and jazz guitarist Jeff Golub.
CARE: The
first feature documentary to take a penetrating look at home elder care
through the eyes of workers, elders & the families of both.
