Last September at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival, Vimeo offered $10,000 “nest eggs” to filmmakers who agreed to premiere their films on Vimeo on Demand. The TIFF Collection on Vimeo on Demand is live and ready to peruse. You can now stream, download and preorder a number of films which screened at TIFF.
“We’re psyched to be supporting such amazing creators, and to welcome their incredible films to our Vimeo On Demand family,” said Vimeo’s Jeremy Boxer in a blog post.

Films currently available include Ingrid Veninger’s “The Animal Project,” Yannis Sakaridis’ “Wild Duck,” Shayne Ehman’s and Seth Scriver’s “Asphalt Watches,” Terry Miles’ and Double Dutch Media’s Cinemanovels, and Biyi Bandele’s “Half Of A Yellow Sun” (Starring “Twelve Years A Slave”‘s Chiwetel Ejiofor).
