The official airline of Middle Earth has released the video along with the hashtag #airnzhobbit to celebrate the final film of the Hobbit trilogy, “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” and to, you know, communicate safety precautions in case of an emergency thousands of feet in the air.
Jackson and Wood’s cameos are nothing short of fantastic and are joined by their hobbit friends from the shire, elves, orcs, and a Gandalf lookalike. Really? They couldn’t get Sir Ian McKellen for the PR push?
Perhaps if Frodo had Air New Zealand, he could have just flown right into Mordor. Or the eagles. Why didn’t you use the eagles, Frodo?!
