The Baudelaire orphans are returning to Netflix and the end of the month in a brand new season of “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” and the official trailer hints at a much darker and more epic batch of new episodes. The series is based on best-selling book series by Lemony Snicket and stars Neil Patrick Harris as the villainous Count Olaf.

The first season covered the first four books in Snicket’s franchise and Season 2 will consist of 10 episodes that cover the story of books five through nine. Malina Weissman, Louis Hynes, and Presley Smith reprise their roles as the Baudelaire children. New cast members include Tony Hale and Nathan Fillon. The trailer teases a hospital-set storyline for Count Olaf, who promises to “obliterate” the children.

“A Series of Unfortunate Events” Season 2 debuts on Netflix on March 30. Watch the official trailer below.
