Since 1999, indie rock band The National has been making dark, soulful and heartbreaking music. In honor of the band’s success, a documentary film, “Mistaken for Strangers,” was released in 2013 and chronicled the band’s long journey. Now, Funny Or Die has decided to adapt the acclaimed documentary into a play–starring beloved actor Zach Galifianakis.
The video introduces the documentary (which is now available on iTunes) as well as “Mistaken for Strangers: The Play” and shows Galifianakis taking on the role of a lifetime.
