If Tom Hardy isn’t a household name yet, that will soon change.

Capitalizing on the buzz surrounding Hardy’s upcoming performance in “Mad Max: Fury Road,” Studiocanal has just released a teaser trailer for the upcoming crime drama “Legend.” The story follows the real life Kray twins as they terrorize 1960s London using guns, cars and mean scowls. Hardy’s double-duty performance could definitely put him in line for acting awards.

Directed by “L.A. Confidential” writer and “42” director Brian Helgeland, the film also stars Emily Browning and Christopher Eccleston. It hits UK cinemas September 11. It has no U.S. release date yet, but is being distributed by Universal.
