We are Venom, and we are weirded out. After the new trailer for Tom Hardy‘s upcoming antihero film dropped this week, most of the attention focused on the actor’s continued habit of speaking in such a way that it’s impossible to hear what he’s actually saying. Well, that and how creepy it would be if Venom — arch-nemesis of Spider-Man, who won’t actually be appearing in this standalone offering — had eyes. Behold:
