In preparation for its Toronto premiere, we’ve been given an exclusive trailer for “Cut Snake,” an Australian thriller by award-winning director Tony Ayres.
The film follows the life of Sparra Farrell, a young man in the 1970s who escaped his rough past to make a life for himself in a new town. Just as he gets engaged to Paula and things seem to be going well, he finds himself in the presence of Pommie, a dangerously charismatic man from his past. “Cut Snake” stars Alex Russell (“Carrie”), Jessica De Gouw (“Dracula,” “Arrow”) and Sullivan Stapleton (“300: Rise of an Empire”) in the lead roles.
“Cut Snake” will show at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 5. Check out our exclusive trailer for the film below.
