The latest from Hulu‘s original content mill is a behind-the-scenes look at the digital movie studio known as RocketJump, looking to make some of the biggest and baddest action-comedy shorts the world has ever seen.
“RocketJump: The Show” combines a multitude of creative and dedicated minds set on creating imaginative short films, following the successes and disasters across each fast-paced day of shooting. Each half-hour episode of the series will chronicle the filmmaking behind RocketJump’s newest short and will include an exclusive look at the short film itself.
Evoking the behind-the-scenes ethos of “Project Greenlight” (with hopefully less racial insensitivity and poorly-received final results), “RocketJump: The Show” promises some breathtaking fight sequences and sky-high expectations, plus an illuminating look on the creative process. The show premieres on Hulu Wednesday, December 2.
