Watch: Blake Lively is Forever Young 'The Age of Adaline' Trailer

Blake Lively hasn’t appeared onscreen since Oliver Stone’s 2012 crime drama “Savages,” but the “Gossip Girl” star is now returning to the scene in “The Age Adaline,” a sci-fi romantic drama directed by Lee Toland Krieger (“Celeste and Jesse Forever”).

Lively stars as the titular character, Adaline, a young woman born at the turn of the 20th century who is made immortal after surviving a horrific car accident. After becoming reclusive for so long, Adaline finds herself falling for a man who gives her life a whole new meaning.

“The Age of Adaline” will be released by Lionsgate April 24, 2015. Ellen Burstyn and Harrison Ford also star.
