SundanceTV has dropped a new trailer for the second season of their action-packed drama “The Red Road,” starring “Game of Thrones” veteran and the new Aquaman, Jason Mamoa.
Season 2 of “The Red Road” jumps straight into the action following the Season 1 finale, with tensions building between Mamoa’s Philip Kopus, a dangerous member of the local Native American tribe and local cop Harold Jensen, played by Martin Hendersen. As characters piece their lives together, rumors arise that the tribe’s new federal recognition will lead to the building of a casino, which could lead to dangerous consequences and rivalries.
“The Red Road” returns April 2 at 10pm on SundanceTV. Viewers can catch up or rewatch Season 1 on DVD March 10. SundanceTV will also air a marathon on March 28. Watch the new trailer below.
