GoDigital, Inc. Acquires Digital Distribution Solution Distribber

Video On Demand and theatrical distributor GoDigital, Inc. has acquired Distribber, a content distribution service provider, and its related assets. Distribber is described as a solution for filmmakers to distribute their content directly without having to give a third party ownership.

GoDigital, Inc. Board Chairman Ed Ojdana said, “We are extremely happy to continue GoDigital, Inc.’s expansion with the addition of [Distribber CEO Nick Soares] and his team. Distribber is an exciting new resource for the creative community and the innovation will be truly beneficial.”
