Saturday morning, Michael Moore once again joined thousand of Americans protesting Donald Trump in New York. The filmmaker captured his experience on Facebook Live, giving viewers a minute-by-minute account on what he was doing.

The video begins with Moore trying to get into Trump Towers. Along the way he chatted with various people, including a group of white women who talked about how they voted for Trump and didn’t trust Hillary Clinton enough to elect her President. He eventually gets inside Trump Towers, occasionally being stopped by fans for a selfie. He rides the escalator up and is surprised that they haven’t stopped him yet, but his visit soon ends when he’s stopped by the Secret Service.

During the video he’s seen wearing a safety pin, a movement started by the US people to demonstrate that they are against Trump and a sign to show that there is a safe space for those who are afraid. The movement reportedly began over the summer following Brexit.

Moore’s Facebook Live video runs for a total of an hour and thirty minutes. Within that time he’s also seen talking to reporters and young Americans, until finally joining the crowd in protest.

“The people are not going to accept him,” he tells reporters.

He finally concludes his video by saying, “If you’re in the area come on down. The streets are packed with Americans who represent the majority. The majority voted for Hillary Clinton, that’s the truth and we are not going to rest,” he expressed. “This man is an illegitimate leader, he will not take office. Don’t say to me, ‘The Electoral College is the law.’ Forcing black people to sit at the back of the bus was the law; and when the law is wrong, the law has to be changed.”
