With the absence of Marco Mueller, Antonio Monda has been appointed as the new artistic director for the Rome Film Festival.
Monda, in addition to having directed several documentaries and the feature “Dicembre,” is now an associate professor at the NYU Tisch School of Arts. He has also written a number of books and contributes to Vogue and La Repubblica.
Lucio Argano has also been announced as the new General Manager of Fandazione Cinema per Roma while Piera Detassis takes over as president of the organization, which spearheads the festival.
