David Mackenzie‘s “Hell or High Water” follows Toby and Tanner Howard (Chris Pine and Ben Foster), two brothers who carry out a series of bank robberies across West Texas in order to save their family ranch, while two Texas rangers, Marcus Hamilton (Jeff Bridges) and Alberto Parker (Gil Birmingham) are hot on their trail. The film was a commercial success, grossing $29 million worldwide on a $12 million budget, and was one of the most critically acclaimed films of the year.
