The House” was roundly rejected by film critics earlier this year, and most of us didn’t mind. But most of us aren’t Chance the Rapper, who recently passed the time by watching the ill-fated Will Ferrell/Amy Poehler comedy — and then got angry when he saw that it received an abysmal 17% on Rotten Tomatoes.

“Yesterday I watched a movie that I never heard of. It had a 17% on @RottenTomatoes … it was funny as fuck. Wtf @RottenTomatoes,” he tweeted, keeping his 5.7 million followers guessing as to which movie he was praising. After a few more angry tweets — see below — he ended the suspense: “If the film critics of today can’t find why The House is a comedic delicacy then I don’t wanna hear anymore reviews.” (Having personally panned “The House” for this very publication, I vow to never make Chance the Rapper read any future reviews I might write.)

After reasserting how much he wates “Bulworth,” Chance lightened the mood a bit by assuring us all that “most of what I just tweeted was in jest.” Then he said that anyone who doesn’t like “The House” is poop, though, so be careful out there.
