Watch: Channing Tatum Bashes His Head Into Oscar Contention New 'Foxcatcher' Trailer

We’ve been waiting with bated breath for Bennett Miller‘s “Foxcatcher” ever since it won raves at Cannes. Fortunately, this latest and extremely tense trailer should keep us calm until the drama hits theaters this fall.

Miller, who already has a track record of spearheading Oscar-nominated dramas (“Capote,” “Moneyball”) returns with “Foxcatcher,” a drama based on the true story of Olympic champion wrestler Mark Schultz and his schizophrenic, murderous coach John Du Pont.

In this new teaser trailer we see Schultz, played by a big and bold Channing Tatum, fall under the pressure and influence of his intense coach (Steve Carrell). The trailer gives us a glimpse at the rising tension and leads up to a pretty crazy move on Tatum’s part. The film also stars Mark Ruffalo as Schultz’s brother, Dave.

“Foxcatcher” will be distributed by Sony Pictures Classics and hits theaters on November 14, 2014.
